Gently exfoliate your lips a day or two beforehand to remove any dry or flaky skin. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications like aspirin or ibuprofen for at least 24 hours prior, as these can increase sensitivity and the risk of bleeding. If you’re prone to cold sores, talk to your doctor about taking antiviral medication beforehand, as the procedure can trigger a flare-up. Arrive with clean, makeup-free lips, and be ready to relax during your appointment!
How Long Does Lip Blush Last?
